Highlights: The Reparations should be the difference between the African-African average yearly income of $2,041, and each individual African-American’s yearly income. That way low income African-Americans with incomes below $2,041/YEAR, can live the life style of their “Stayed in Africa” relatives. Additional Reparations PAID by RICH Descendants of African-American slaves with incomes greater than $2,041/YEAR, can pay Reparations to Descendants of Norther-Americans who’s ancestors DIED in the Civil War to free the slaves. More than 367 THOUSAND Union Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines died to free your slave ancestors.
