I live, move, and act in peace.

Whether today is filled with new adventures or my regular routine, I feel a deep calm within. I journey through this day in the spirit of peace.

Peace is within me at all times, unaffected by what I am doing or what happens in the outer world. Peace is God-given and always within reach. It is part of my spiritual nature, unbounded by time, space, or circumstance.

This peace in me is my inner sanctuary. If an experience disturbs me, I take refuge in the Silence within. In the Stillness, I experience my eternal oneness with God. I feel a renewed calm and serenity, and I carry it forward into my day. The peace of God is with me always.
